Planning permission granted at the Kassam Leisure Complex
We are thrilled to confirm planning approval for a new Life Sciences scheme in Oxford. Oxford City Council have resolved to grant planning permission for 11,000 square meters of lab and office space at the Kassam Leisure Complex. The scheme will see the bingo hall replaced with a five-storey science building totalling 8, 887 square meters of lettable space plus the installation of cycle storage with a capacity for 88 bicycles and electric vehicle charging points across 40 car parking spaces.
This highly sustainable scheme will contribute to the attraction and retention of Life Sciences companies and scientific talent to Oxford.
